Why working more DOESN’T get you ahead

You think grinding 80 hours a week will get you ahead.

But is it really moving you forward?

Most people assume more hours = more results.

I found this not to be true.

Momentum can still build, as long as you’re intentional.

Ask yourself: are you making meaningful progress, or just staying busy?

Are you actually moving toward your goals, or sacrificing the things that make it worth it?

I’ve been there.

Midnight freelancing after full-time work.

My family barely saw me.

I thought I was “getting ahead,” but I was losing the life I wanted.

I don’t want that for you. So do this instead…

Pick one area you’re overworking.

Set a stop time or day off this week.

Protect your health and relationships while still moving forward.

If you want to finally hit your next big goal in 90 days—without sacrificing your health or relationships
